Refund & Returns

At Ivikkka (operated by Sudarshan Trade Links), we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original pristine condition.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and invoices must be included and intact.
Note: Customized, engraved, or specially modified items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pierced earrings (unless defective upon arrival).
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
- Items purchased during final clearance sales.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at sudarshantradelinks9@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Hand over the package to our designated courier partner during the scheduled pickup time.
4. Refunds and Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the standard return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website. We only offer direct replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
